Mrav is a set of tools and libraries for building a tiny CPU core for microcontroller-style systems. The monorepo covers generating the RTL code, running software simulations and producing software for the CPU, all automated with the Bazel build system. The author says it is a proof of concept, that the instruction set may still change, and that it is not ready for production.
