Overview
xyOps is an open-source, self-hosted platform that combines job scheduling, visual workflow automation, server monitoring, alerting, and incident response. It helps teams run scheduled work across individual servers or fleets while seeing job activity alongside infrastructure health. Users can create workflows with branching, parallel steps, approvals, and reusable sub-workflows, then use dashboards and alert-time server snapshots to investigate failures. It also supports Cronicle data import and compatible plugins, making it an option for existing Cronicle installations.
Key features
- Schedule jobs on one server, a server group, or a fleet, using recurring schedules, cron expressions, intervals, or webhooks.
- Build visual workflows with branching, parallel execution, approvals, reusable sub-workflows, replay, and data passing.
- Monitor jobs and servers with dashboards, custom metrics, process inspection, network connections, and historical performance.
- Use alert-time server snapshots to investigate incidents, or trigger actions such as tickets, webhooks, and automated remediation.
Best for
Teams that need to coordinate scheduled jobs and infrastructure monitoring in a self-hosted platform. It also suits existing Cronicle users who want to import data and use compatible plugins.
