Overview
Curbside is a set of scripts and infrastructure for building a curbside pickup feature. Customers announce arrival, or say they are on the way and get an estimated travel time. Geofences detect meaningful thresholds, and orders can be stored, updated and viewed. Staff and customers are notified, including SMS to staff when the customer has parked. It is built from serverless components to scale.
Key features
- Arrival and departure handling with travel time estimates
- Geofences of 20 m and 3 m, or custom shapes
- Order management: store, update, visualize and delete orders
- SMS to staff and in-app notifications to customers
