Overview
Textream is a free, open-source teleprompter app for Mac, iPhone, and iPad. It helps streamers, interviewers, presenters, and podcasters follow a script while speaking. Choose word tracking, constant-speed scrolling, or voice-activated scrolling. On Mac, the prompt can appear as a Dynamic Island-style overlay, a draggable floating window, or fullscreen on a Sidecar iPad. On iPhone and iPad, it supports near-camera reading and camera recording with the prompt kept out of the saved video. Paste a script and start playback.
