Overview
x-reader is an Agent Skill, CLI and MCP server that reads content from a URL for an AI agent and reports what was actually retrieved. It covers X/Twitter, articles, video, podcasts, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Telegram, RSS and the open web. Its rule is that a search snippet, tweet caption or video description is not the source itself, so it says so when a needed layer was not fetched.
