Overview
claude-workflow is a general workflow plugin for Claude Code, published under the name project-starter. It bundles specialized agents, skills, hooks, commands and output styles that can be used on any software project. Skills can be installed to Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and many other agents through skills.sh, while the full plugin can be installed with npx or loaded from a local directory. It is a Python-tagged repository.
