Overview
PhotoCraft is a native image editor written in pure Rust, built as an open-source, clean-room reimplementation of Photoshop. It provides an offline desktop app for editing layered images and real PSD documents. Users can work with layers, masks, editable adjustment layers, type, selections, brushes, vectors and layer styles, then save PSD files. The same editing engine can also be controlled through the app, command line, JSON control channel or an MCP server.
