Overview
Rustrak is a self-hosted error tracker for teams that want application monitoring without relying on a hosted service or a larger stack. It accepts the Sentry protocol, so existing Sentry SDKs can send data by changing their endpoint configuration. It collects errors, logs, transactions, release health, and AI-agent traces. Deploy it as a single process with SQLite by default, or use the provided PostgreSQL setup; the server can serve both the API and dashboard.
Key features
- Accepts data from Sentry-compatible SDKs.
- Collects errors, logs, transactions, release health, and AI-agent traces.
- Runs as one process with SQLite by default; a PostgreSQL setup is also provided.
- Serves the API and dashboard from the same server.
Best for
Developers who want to self-host application error tracking and already use Sentry-compatible SDKs. It is also suitable when a straightforward SQLite-based deployment is preferred.
