Overview
BFG Repo-Cleaner is a command-line tool, written in Scala, for cleaning bad data out of a Git repository's history. It does the same job as git-filter-branch but is simpler to use and faster. Typical uses are removing very large files and stripping passwords, credentials or other private data that was committed by mistake.
